Six steps, fully documented

You always know what happens next, who owns it and when it is due. Timelines below reflect a typical postgraduate application.

Week 1
Discovery call & profile evaluation
A 45-minute session covering academics, budget, family sponsorship and career goal, followed by a written eligibility assessment.

Week 2
Shortlist and costing
You receive 6–10 recommended programmes with entry requirements, total cost of study and an honest probability rating for each.

Weeks 3–6
Application build
Statement drafting, referee briefing, transcript certification and portfolio assembly across structured working sessions.

Weeks 6–14
Submission and offer management
We submit, track and chase decisions, then compare offers and funding so you accept the strongest one.

Weeks 14–18
Visa filing
Proof of funds structured correctly, forms reviewed line by line, biometrics booked and a rehearsed credibility interview.

Departure
Pre-departure briefing
Housing, insurance, banking, packing and arrival logistics — plus a check-in call in your first month on campus.

What we need from you

Three things keep a file on schedule

Our timelines assume prompt document delivery. Everything else is on us.

Transcripts, passport and test scores within the agreed window.

Full disclosure of prior refusals, gaps and finances so nothing surprises the visa officer.

Statement work happens with you, not for you. Sessions are short but non-negotiable.
